I’ve never written a bad review. I have always chosen to only write reviews for places that have honesty and integrity. So this is a first for me. Drove up from the valley to Flagstaff and had a check engine light come on. Put the computer on it and The code showed bad camshaft position sensors. Turns out there’s two of them. Anyways called the shop cause they were open on Sundays. Spoke to a gal on the phone and she told me to bring it in first thing in the morning. When we got there, she told me she wouldn’t be able to look at the vehicle till 11 AM… OK no worries. Good things come to those who wait. At 1 o’clock I called because I hadn’t heard from them and asked for an update. She said they hadn’t looked at it yet.… OK, I’ll be patient. 230 comes and I get a phone call, that they’ve completed the job and the vehicle is ready to be picked up. Which was surprising because they never called me to review diagnostic and determine course of action. Broke down on a trip, over a hundred miles from town, and the tow truck wasn't going to get me there before closing. These guys assured me that I could camp out in my van on the lot, and they would help me first thing in the morning. Sure enough, I was back on the road within a couple hours of opening time! Friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating service 👍 Plus fast & fair!

After having a stressful night with the van overheating on a busy highway, we took it to Complete Car Care, where Jeannie greeted us, and was very understanding. She made us comfortable while we waited, and let us know where we could eat at while they worked on our van. Mike was able to replace the water pump and work on the thermostat, in about three hours. We're so happy to have found a place with competent and honest people, who gave fast, friendly service. And we didn't feel "ripped off". The van is running great, and we feel much safer now. Thank you! Will definitely recommend you!

Nice guys who helped us quickly diagnose and fix an odd part on our C-class RV while traveling across the country. Putting it on the lift helped them clearly see the issue, and they even let us come see it for ourselves before deciding our next move. Although it took a few days of us and them searching for the part that needing replacing, we kept in good communication, and they fixed it quickly as soon as it was received. Reasonable prices and a cool hotel nearby with excellent restaurants in town. Not an terrible place to get stuck for a few days with vehicle troubles!
